Yes, once you have chosen the products you want to buy, you will receive each of them into a file.
No physical item will be shipped to you.
You can create an account to keep track of all of your purchases through out time.
In all cases, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your purchase and a link to download your purchase.
If you purchase a planner, calendars, trackers or anything you need to write on, you will need apps similar to GoodNotes. We use GoodNotes the most, but Notability, or OneNote work. And many other ones too.
In the product details, you will have the apps we recommend using for each product. We give explanation on how we imagined the product to be used, and how to use them.
You can also check our BLOG, and videos on how to use our planners and how it was imagined.
Of course this is possible, all our products can be printed.
However, we have created our products in printable as well. The ink can be expensive, therefore we have made designs according to this aspect.
If you want the full design with colors, you are more than welcome to print them the way they were imagined first.
But if you wish to use the less ink possible, then our printable, are for you !!!
If you see that you are facing an issue, when tryin to open your file, make sure you are using the right app. Or check for updates or videos on youtube.

If you lost your file, you can always go back to the download link.
If you lost it all, and have no account on our website. Please send us the purchase email, to prove that you bought the product and we will have look.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues with your file, contact us.
No, all of our products are for personal use only. They can’t be resold, shared or distributed.
If you wish to have a a custom order, or you with to have a specific item done and made specially from us.
An additional fee might be added.
If it stays for your own personal use, there is no problem with that. But please, keep in mind, that even with customization, it can’t be resold.
